Applications will be accepted from 9 a.m. on December 2, 2024 until 5 p.m. on January 14, 2025.
Have the following materials ready before starting application:
- Expiration Dates for Access Pass or Neighborhood Club Membership* (if applicable)
  - Must be valid through February 17, 2025
- Household Income
- Youth information (name, grade level in Fall 2025) and preferred week for camp attendance
- Your contact information including current address, e-mail, and phone number.
